If you choose YCP for your new build, the entire project unites under a single agreement between you, the owner, and us, the design builder. Having only one contract simplifies the building process and streamlines the entire project for you, the owner . From concept to completion, we will take on the responsibility of design, construction permits, and construction, working closely with you, townships, designers, engineers, and sub-contractors in order to deliver a home that is uniquely yours.

With Real Estate development, this business strategy encompasses a variety of practices designed to increase the value of your property, to ultimately be sold at a profit. At YCP, we oversee and coordinate all the tasks and contractors required to complete the development of your Real Estate. This includes, but is not limited to the acquisition of the land, coordination of design and services, permitting, and construction.
